Safety Policy
It is the policy of Complete Tree Management, management, staff and employees to strive for the highest level of safety standard on our projects.
- Comply with relevant Council, Government Departments, WH&S Act 1995, Environmental Legislation, Company and site rules, regulations and standards.
- Ensure personnel are fully inducted and aware of safety and work procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Supply personal protective equipment and maintain the use of this equipment throughout the task at hand.
- Provide training to ensure personnel are competent in their work standards, mental approach and safe operation of designated equipment.
- Consult and cooperate with work place safety representatives.
- Take appropriate steps to investigate accidents/incidents/hazards and review and update safe work practices and procedures to ensure a high standard of safety exists in the workplace.
- Complete Tree Management has a zero tolerance policy for drug and alcohol.
