Teams consist of qualified Tree Climbers, Tree Fellers and Ground Crew personnel. The tree climbers are certified Advanced Climbing, tree fellers are certified level 2 to level 5 (open class). The experience of each team member exceeds 5 years in their relevant field. A supervisor of no less than 10 years’ experience in tree felling and lopping will work with the team at all times and complete Job Safety Analysis documents before starting each job. Each member of the team is licensed to operate and or drive the equipment needed to complete the work required. At least one member of the team will be a qualified first aid officer.
